These terms summarize the delivery, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund conditions for Green Red Flagger Premium membership (digital service). Details are on the Distance Sales Agreement page.
1. Nature and delivery
Premium membership is a digital service; there is no physical delivery, shipping, or delivery period. Premium features are activated immediately in your account after payment approval.
2. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 48 of Law No. 6502, distance contracts include a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for intangible digital services performed immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost when the service begins with your approval (Article 49). If access to the service has not yet started, the amount paid is refunded within the withdrawal period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from your account at any time. Upon cancellation, no fee is charged for the new period; your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account automatically returns to the free (Free) level.
4. Refund
Because digital features are activated immediately, no general refund commitment is given for the current period. In cases of erroneous or duplicate payment, technical inability to access the service, or cases where a refund is required by legislation, your request is evaluated; where a refund is required, payment is made through a licensed payment institution using the same method within the periods provided by legislation. Your rights arising from legislation are reserved.
