This page contains the Preliminary Information and Distance Sales Agreement for Green Red Flagger Premium membership. Premium membership is a digital service subscription; no physical product is sold. Green Red Flagger’s entertainment and social sharing nature is reserved; Premium only provides additional features and access, and does not mean that the content is definitively true.
Preliminary Information (pre-payment summary)
- Seller / Provider: Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios), Yeni Bağlıca Mah. Bağlıca Blv. No: 70, Etimesgut/Ankara, Etimesgut Tax Office, tax identification no. 6690903729. Contact: [email protected].
- Subject of the service: Green Red Flagger Premium membership (digital content/service subscription). Premium scope: increased daily and monthly voting rights, daily and monthly flag suggestion right, deep personality and vote analysis, unlimited Smart Assistant analysis, ad-free experience, and Premium badge.
- Price: 149 ₺ (monthly) or 949 ₺ (yearly). All taxes are included. If the Provider’s activity is exempt under tax legislation, VAT is not added separately to the amounts. The current price is always shown on the payment and membership page.
- Payment: Payment is received through the licensed payment institution’s payment infrastructure with 3D Secure. Your card information is not stored on Green Red Flagger servers.
- Performance (delivery): Premium features are activated immediately in your account after payment approval; there is no physical delivery.
- Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews at the end of the period you selected (month or year), and the fee is collected from your registered payment method.
- Withdrawal: For a digital service performed immediately, the right of withdrawal may not be exercisable with your explicit approval (Article 6 below).
Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1: Parties
Provider: Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios), Yeni Bağlıca Mah. Bağlıca Blv. No: 70, Etimesgut/Ankara, Etimesgut Tax Office, tax identification no. 6690903729 (“GRF”). Buyer: the member whose information is received at the payment step (“Member”).
Article 2: Subject
This concerns the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Green Red Flagger Premium membership purchased by the Member through greenredflagger.com. This Preliminary Information, the Membership and Terms of Use, KVKK Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy, Delivery and Refund Terms, and Cookie Policy are annexes to this agreement. GRF’s entertainment nature is reserved.
Article 3: Description of the service and digital usage right
Premium membership covers the features listed above in the Preliminary Information; the current scope and price appear on the payment and membership page. Premium features are a personal digital usage right tied to the Member’s account; they cannot be sold, assigned, transferred to another account, or converted into cash.
Article 4: Price, payment, and automatic renewal
Prices are denominated in Turkish Lira (TL): 149 ₺ monthly or 949 ₺ yearly. If the Provider’s activity is exempt under tax legislation, VAT is not added to the amounts. Payment is received through a licensed payment institution with 3D Secure; card information is not stored. Unless the subscription is cancelled, it automatically renews at the end of the period, and the fee is collected from the registered payment method. A price change does not affect the current paid period; the new price becomes valid in the following renewal period and is notified by e-mail before renewal. The Member may stop the fee for the next period by cancelling at any time before renewal.
Article 5: Performance (delivery)
Premium features are activated immediately in the account after payment approval; there is no physical delivery, shipping, or delivery period.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
Under Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (TKHK), distance contracts include a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to TKHK Article 49 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for intangible digital services performed immediately in electronic environment, the right of withdrawal is lost when the service begins with the Member’s approval. At the payment step, the Member explicitly approves that the Premium service will start immediately and that the right of withdrawal will therefore be lost. If access to the service has not yet started, the amount paid is refunded within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Article 7: Cancellation
The Member may cancel the Premium subscription at any time from the account or through [email protected]. Upon cancellation, no fee is charged for the new period; Premium access continues until the end of the paid period, and at the end of the period the account automatically returns to the free (Free) level.
Article 8: Refund
Because digital Premium features are activated immediately after payment, no general refund commitment is given for the current period. In cases of erroneous or duplicate payment, technical inability to access the service, or cases where a refund is required by legislation, the Member’s request is evaluated; where a refund is required, payment is made through a licensed payment institution using the same payment method within the periods provided by legislation. The Member’s rights arising from legislation are reserved.
Article 9: Invoicing
For each successful payment, an e-Archive Invoice is issued and sent to the Member’s e-mail address. Invoices are stored in accordance with legislation throughout the statutory retention period.
Article 10: Disputes
Türk Hukuku applies to this agreement. In consumer disputes, within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Member’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
Article 11: Entry into force
This agreement is established when the Member checks the approval boxes at the payment step and completes the payment. The agreement text can always be accessed from the Member’s account and from this page.
