1. Parties and Definitions
This agreement is concluded between Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios) (sole proprietorship, tax identification no. 6690903729, Yeni Bağlıca Mah. Bağlıca Blv. No: 70, Etimesgut/Ankara) and the user (“Member”) using greenredflagger.com (“Site”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Description of the Service
Green Red Flagger is a social evaluation platform where users mark and vote on human characteristics as “Red Flag” or “Green Flag”. Content is generated by users and reflects community perception; it is not scientific data.
3. Membership and Age Limit
To become a member, it is mandatory to be over 18 years old. The date of birth declared during registration must be accurate. If a false age declaration is detected, the account is cancelled.
4. User Responsibility
- Account security (password, OAuth provider) is the Member’s responsibility.
- The obligation to act on one’s own behalf applies; opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Suggested content must comply with the Community Rules.
- If spam, bots, or automated voting are detected, the account is closed.
5. Content Ownership and License
Content the Member submits to the Site (flag suggestions, comments, votes) is specific to the platform. The Member grants Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios) the right to use this content only to the extent necessary to operate the Site: publishing, displaying, translating, archiving, and promoting it.
6. Prohibitions
The following conduct is prohibited; if a violation is detected, the account is closed immediately:
- Discriminatory content (targeting race, religion, gender, orientation, age, disability)
- A suggestion containing the name of a specific real person
- Attempting to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Site (DoS, hacking, scraping)
- Fake accounts, fake votes, manipulative conduct
- Content that infringes copyright
7. Rights of Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios)
Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios) has the right to remove user content, suspend accounts, or close accounts without providing any reason and without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios) gives no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continuity of the content on the Site. For details, please see the Legal Notice page.
9. KVKK and Data Processing
Personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. The Member has the right to exercise data portability and deletion rights under KVKK Article 11.
10. Premium Membership and Fees
Basic use of the Site is free of charge. The sales, payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund conditions for paid Premium membership are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery and Refund Terms. The current price and scope are shown on the Premium page.
11. Termination of the Agreement
The Member may delete the account at any time (/profil page > Delete account). If Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios) detects conduct contrary to this agreement, it terminates the agreement.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. In case of material changes, the Member is informed by e-mail.
13. Dispute Resolution
For the resolution of legal disputes, Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri has jurisdiction, and Türk Hukuku applies.
